That experience led her to become a Licensed Esthetician in 2021.
Her goal is to help others feel confident in their skin by focusing on what it really needs, not trends or quick fixes.
Shannon brings education, empathy, and real-life experience to every treatment. She meets clients where they are and helps them build healthy, balanced skin with personalized support.

Felicia knows how frustrating and isolating acne can feel.
After years of dealing with breakouts, she turned her personal experience into a career focused on understanding, education, and real results. She creates a welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their skin.
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Felicia moved to Illinois to be with her husband and is a proud mom to a little boy who lights up her world. Her go-to treat? A grande iced white chocolate mocha and a warmed-up chocolate croissant from Starbucks.
Felicia is especially passionate about working with sensitive, reactive skin. Her favorite product is Quiet Wash from Hale & Hush, and she loves building customized facials that match each client’s unique needs.

Yanelli’s passion for skincare started at a young age. She graduated from Esthetics School in 2021 and has been dedicated ever since to helping others feel confident, informed, and excited about their skin. Yanelli is also a certified acne specialist, with experience guiding clients through long-term skin transformations.
She loves carving out time for self-care and believes that taking care of your skin is not just about how it looks, but how it makes you feel. For Yanelli, there is nothing better than feeling confident in your own skin and helping others feel the same way.
In the treatment room, Yanelli brings a fun, uplifting energy. She is passionate about creating an environment where clients can learn about their skin, build healthy habits, and enjoy the process of transformation. Whether it is your first facial or brazilian wax, she is here to support you every step of the way.

Autumn is a licensed esthetician with a warm, calming presence and a deep love for skincare. Inspired by her grandmother’s beauty business and her own journey with acne and skin sensitivity, Autumn found her calling in helping others feel seen, supported, and confident in their skin.
She’s especially passionate about chemical peels and brow waxing, two treatments she believes deliver powerful and visible results. Whether you’re struggling with breakouts or simply need a space to unwind, Autumn brings a grounded, gentle energy to every service.
She’s found that this work has helped her grow in ways she never expected. Her goal is simple: to offer each client a little peace, a little glow, and a whole lot of care.

Clarissa Cervantes - Licensed Esthetician
Clarissa has always been fascinated by the science behind skin and why different concerns show up the way they do. She began her esthetics career right after high school and quickly found her purpose in helping others understand and care for their skin.
Her passion for esthetics deepened through her own personal experience. After significant sun exposure, Clarissa developed severe peeling that left her skin with a vitiligo-like appearance that lasted through the winter. Without proper education on sun protection at the time, it was an uncomfortable and isolating experience that changed the way she viewed skincare. It also reinforced just how important sunscreen and daily skin protection truly are.
Whether you’re looking to treat acne, improve sun damage, or simply maintain your skin, Clarissa understands the desire for real change. She is dedicated to helping clients feel confident by giving them clear direction and guidance.
Clarissa’s goal is to change the way people view skincare. It’s not a luxury. It’s a necessary part of maintaining healthy, long-lasting skin.
